Part 4- Your Pitch

Justify to the client (the maker of the skincare product, the shoes or the cereal) the choices and decisions you made when creating your advertisement. This can be in written, spoken or multi-modal form. Your pitch will be assessed on the following criteria — the extent to which you have:
 

• effectively used one or more advertising techniques
• creatively and effectively used a range of features for impact (such as images, sound, animation, film, colour)
• appropriately chosen language to have maximum effect on the target audience, and which is relevant for the purpose and context
• reflected critically and with insight on how the techniques used by the media sell products.
